Only authorized school personnel or PTA/PTO representatives can book an event. You must be a non-profit public
or private preschool or elementary school with 50 or more
students. |

Amazing Jake’s
will supply you with marketing collateral
to distribute to your
guests to promote the event. These
include 2 POSTERS to display at school, Flyers (Please choose a location: Aurora, CO, Mesa, AZ or Plano, TX) to make
copies for your
teachers and parents, and an email
blast template
for you to send to all your friends
and family as a
reminder of the event. |

20% of all
register sales generated from your participating
guests will
be donated back to your school. This includes
points
only sold at the registers. |

Amazing Jake’s
will mail your
donation check to your school. Fundraising
event
checks will be processed within 30 working
days. |

Amazing Jake’s is a community minded business interested in familiarizing your organization with our facility. We are happy to get involved in fundraising events. Please take the following steps to ensure your request is filled in time.
- A letter requesting the donation and its use, on the letterhead of the organization.
- A tax ID number listed also on the letterhead.
- At least two weeks notice in order to have time to process the request.
