Amazing Jake’s philosophy is simple – Offer communities a safe and fun  dining experience for the entire family at an affordable cost.

A typical Amazing Jake’s facility is designed into two segments:
All-you-can-eat Dining and Family Entertainment.

Dining

The Marketplace: all-you-can-eat buffet
The Marketplace offers a variety of quality fresh pizzas, pastas, soups & salads, desserts and beverages which are prepared daily by executive chefs

Themed Dining Rooms & Party Rooms
There are several themed dining rooms, such as “Sports Zone”, “The Terrace”, “ClubHouse”, and “Movie Mania” that are designed to give our patrons a difference experience each time they visit.

In addition, we offer individualized private party/group rooms that vary in size to accommodate any special party, group or event.

Entertainment

Kid City
Kid City incorporates traditional rides such as a Carousel, Train, Tea Cups, and Vertical Lift. In addition, Bowling, Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, Go-Carts, Miniature Golf, and a Rock Climb.

Amazing Fun Factory
The Amazing Fun Factory area contains interactive coin operated games that include; Air Hockey, Skeeball, Pool, Interactive Arcade Games and a Prize Redemption Center.

The location is the catalyst to any restaurant’s success, and Amazing Jake’s is no exception.

Highly noticeable visibility, well designed ingress/egress, ample parking and prominent signage are all critical components in determining the ultimate locations for Amazing Jake’s.

Trade Area:
  • Metropolitan areas nationally.
Demographics:
  • Access to 150,000 people in a 3 mile radius and 300,000 within a 7 mile radius.
  • Large concentration of children under the age of 14.
  • Preferably over 20% of the population.
  • Minimum $55,000 Median Household Income.
  • Strong growth area with young median age.
  • Consumer Spending Index of at least 100 basis points in the "entertainment/recreation" and "food away from home" catagories.
  • Tapestry Sementations which feature families with young children
Existing Building:
  • 30,000–40,000 square feet of leaseable space.
  • 16’ ceiling clearance.
  • Access to 250+ parking stalls.
Location Type:
  • Free standing building, power centers, malls, lifestyle centers and entertainment centers.
  • High profile visibility, access and signage.
  • Appropriate Zoning for restaurant and entertainment, or ability to obtain.
Terms:
  • Purchase only (up to 100,000 square feet, if divisible).
  • Lease with option to renew (20 years, plus 3-10 year options).
Vacant Retail Land:
  • 6-8 acres, retail zoned
  • Fee simple; No Ground Lease
  • Strong retail/restaurant hub
